Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ergonalysis ("the Service"), operated by Inland Safety and Risk Advisors. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Ergonalysis is a professional ergonomic assessment platform designed for occupational health and safety professionals. The Service provides tools for joint angle analysis, ergonomic risk scoring, job hazard analysis documentation, and professional report generation.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by qualified safety and occupational health professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at ergonalysis@inlandsafetyrisk.com.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription at $20 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Professional Responsibility and Ownership of Work Product

Ergonalysis is a documentation and analysis tool. It does not practice ergonomics, safety, or occupational health — you do. All findings, measurements, scores, reports, and recommendations generated through the Service are your work product. By generating and delivering any report or assessment using the Service, you accept full professional and legal responsibility for its contents.

The Service does not create a professional relationship between Inland Safety and Risk Advisors and your clients. We are a software provider only. Any assessment delivered to a third party is solely your professional work, conducted under your credentials, license, and authority.

AI-generated joint angle measurements are computational estimates requiring professional verification. You must review, validate, and approve all values before incorporating them into any deliverable. Do not present AI-generated values as field-measured data without independent verification.

If you are not qualified to perform ergonomic assessments, job hazard analyses, or occupational health evaluations in your jurisdiction, you are not authorized to use this Service for those purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inland Safety and Risk Advisors, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any liability arising from:

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own professional risk. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or professional standard of care.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inland Safety and Risk Advisors. Your assessment data and reports belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
