Refund Policy

Ergonalysis is $20/month with no contracts. You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation, and you retain full access until the period ends.
Refunds
We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. Because Ergonalysis is a subscription software service with immediate access upon payment, charges for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the following situations:
- You were charged after cancellation due to a technical error
- Duplicate charges occurred
- The Service was completely inaccessible for an extended period due to our error
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, contact us within 7 days of the charge at ergonalysis@inlandsafetyrisk.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
