Inland Safety and Risk Advisors ("we", "us") operates Ergonalysis. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Account data: Email address and password (stored securely via Supabase)
• Subscription data: Payment and billing information processed by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store credit card details
• Usage data: Basic usage logs for platform performance and security purposes

2. Assessment Data

Photos and assessment data you upload are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate joint angle measurements and analysis. Photos are transmitted securely and are not stored on our servers beyond your active session. We do not retain, review, or share your assessment data or client information.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that uploaded images are processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Authenticate your account and verify subscription status
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing)
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (authentication, payment processing, AI analysis).

4. Third-Party Services

The Service uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Lemon Squeezy / Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI analysis
• Netlify — hosting

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Assessment data processed during sessions is not retained beyond the session.

7. Your Rights

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
