QUICK REFERENCE
Getting Started
Workflow
Start at the Intake tab — fill in consultant info and worker details. Move to Assessment to upload photos and analyze posture. Generate your report from the Report tab. For Job Hazard Analysis, use the standalone JHA tool.
+ New
Clears all data and starts a fresh assessment. Use this when starting a new worker or a new site visit. Everything resets — photos, angles, scores, JHA, and report data.
Assessment Tab
Adding Photos
Click the + ADD PHOTO button in the photo strip to upload workplace photos. You can add multiple photos — click any thumbnail to switch between them. Each photo is analyzed independently.
⚡ Analyze
Sends the selected photo to Claude AI for joint angle measurement. Returns angles for up to 17 body segments and calculates scoring tool values. Always verify the results — AI can miss occluded joints. Adjust any value directly in the table.
Goniometer Tool
Switch to Goniometer mode in the toolbar to manually measure angles on the canvas using a clinical goniometer overlay. Use this to verify or override AI measurements on any joint. Scroll to resize, drag the arm to measure.
RULA
Rapid Upper Limb Assessment. Scores upper extremity and neck/trunk/leg posture on a 1-7 scale. Score 1-2: acceptable. 3-4: investigate further. 5-6: investigate and change soon. 7: investigate and change immediately.
REBA
Rapid Entire Body Assessment. Evaluates whole-body posture including lower extremities. Score 1: negligible risk. 2-3: low risk. 4-7: medium risk. 8-10: high risk. 11+: very high risk.
ROSA
Rapid Office Strain Assessment. Designed for office and computer workstations. Evaluates chair, monitor, phone, keyboard, and mouse setup. Score above 5 indicates elevated risk requiring intervention.
NIOSH Lifting Equation
Calculates a Recommended Weight Limit (RWL) and Lifting Index (LI) for manual lifting tasks. LI above 1.0 indicates the task poses an increased risk of lower back injury for some workers.
Calibration
If you have a known measurement from a physical goniometer, enter it here to apply a correction offset to all AI-measured angles for that joint. Useful when camera angle or image quality affects accuracy.
Report Tab
Generate Report
Builds a complete assessment report from all data entered. Includes executive summary, risk score cards, clinical findings, JHA sections, and your recommendations. Toggle sections on/off before generating.
Draft Watermark
Toggle the DRAFT watermark on reports you haven't finalized. Remove it before sending to clients.
Your Branding
Set your name, credentials, company, and disclaimer in the Intake tab. These appear on every report you generate.
